Description

The GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend vial from Blue Sky Peptide holds 50mg/10mg of GHK-Cu and BPC-157, freeze-dried together in one vial. This batch tested at 99.98% purity. It’s for laboratory research only.

What the GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend contains

GHK-Cu is the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine bound to a copper ion. GHK occurs naturally in human plasma, saliva and urine, and its levels fall with age.

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

GHK-Cu brings the copper peptide’s collagen and skin-repair activity, and BPC-157 brings its blood vessel and tissue-healing work. Labs studying skin and wound models use the pair together.

The ratio is fixed at 50mg/10mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.

Mechanisms behind the GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend

GHK binds copper tightly and can deliver it to cells. Copper is a cofactor for lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen and elastin, and for antioxidant enzymes.

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

GHK-Cu and BPC-157 research

Loren Pickart, who first isolated GHK in 1973, has published reviews of its effects on collagen synthesis, wound contraction and gene expression in cell and animal studies.

Maquart and colleagues reported that GHK-Cu increased collagen in rat wound chambers.

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend quality and batch records

Our GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend batch measured 99.98% pure by HPLC with mass spectrometry confirming the identity. We print the real number, so you know what’s going into your experiment.

Note the batch number on the label when the vial arrives. That’s what the certificate of analysis is filed under, and we’ll send you a copy on request.

Keep the batch number with your records. It’s the quickest way to match a vial to its paperwork later.

How to reconstitute GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend

Here’s the math for 60mg of peptide:

  • 2mL of water gives 30mg/mL
  • 3mL of water gives 20mg/mL
  • 5mL of water gives 12mg/mL

Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later.

Use sterile bacteriostatic water. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature first so no condensation gets in, add the water slowly along the glass wall, and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake it.

GHK-Cu BPC-157 blend storage and shelf life

The dry powder keeps best cold. A freezer at -20°C is ideal for long-term storage, and a fridge works for a few weeks. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.

A 10-slot vial case keeps open and sealed vials upright and apart, which makes the fridge shelf a lot easier to manage. For transport, the Blue Sky hard storage box is the sturdier option.
