What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin is GHRH(1-29), the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone. It’s the shortest fully active piece of GHRH.

Sermorelin is the shortest piece of GHRH that still works. It binds the GHRH receptor on the pituitary and triggers growth hormone release.

About Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

Sermorelin is the first 29 amino acids of natural GHRH, the original GHRH research tool, and ipamorelin is the most selective ghrelin-receptor peptide. Reconstituting the Sermorelin and Ipamorelin bundle vials

Mix each vial on its own with sterile bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the glass and roll it until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it.
