Description

Our BPC-157 and TB-500 bundle packs 5 x BPC-157 5mg and 5 x TB-500 5mg into one order, so you get ten vials for one price instead of buying them one by one. Every vial is freeze-dried powder, labeled with its own batch number, and sold for laboratory research only.

Inside the BPC-157 and TB-500 bundle

Bought separately at today’s prices, those ten vials would cost $513.20. The bundle is $366.57, so you save $146.63. You also get matching vials from the same stock, which keeps a study cleaner than mixing orders.

About BPC-157

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

What is TB-500 (thymosin beta-4)?

TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.

Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

Using BPC-157 and TB-500 together

BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for the same goal, faster repair, but through different routes. BPC-157 is linked to new blood vessel growth and the nitric oxide system, while TB-500 controls actin and how quickly cells move into damaged tissue. Labs that want to compare them, or test them side by side in the same injury model, buy both. Keeping them in separate vials means you can run each arm alone and together.

With five vials of each compound, the BPC-157 and TB-500 bundle covers a control arm, a combined arm and a repeat run without a second order.

Published research on BPC-157 and TB-500

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

Reconstituting the BPC-157 and TB-500 bundle vials

Mix each vial on its own with sterile bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the glass and roll it until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it.

  • BPC-157 5mg: 1mL gives 5mg/mL, 2mL gives 2.5mg/mL
  • TB-500 5mg: 1mL gives 5mg/mL, 2mL gives 2.5mg/mL

Only mix what you need. Unopened vials keep far longer as dry powder, so leave the rest sealed in the freezer until you get to them.

Storing the BPC-157 and TB-500 bundle

Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C, or a fridge for shorter stretches, out of direct light. Once mixed, a vial goes in the fridge and should be used within about four weeks. Ten vials take up space, so our vial storage case or hard storage box is worth adding: each holds exactly ten.
