Description
The CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend vial from Blue Sky Peptide holds 5mg/5mg of CJC-1295 No DAC and GHRP-6, freeze-dried together in one vial. This batch tested at 99.38% purity. It’s for laboratory research only.
What the CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend contains
CJC-1295 No DAC: CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
GHRP-6 is a six-amino-acid synthetic peptide, His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, from Cyril Bowers’ work in the early 1980s. It was one of the first growth hormone releasing peptides, and it was studied years before ghrelin, the hormone it mimics, was found in 1999.
GHRP-6 adds a strong appetite signal on top of GH release, so this blend suits feeding research as well as GH work. The GHRH half and the GHRP half act on different receptors and add up to a bigger pulse.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
How the CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend works
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
GHRP-6 activates GHS-R1a in the pituitary and hypothalamus. That releases GH directly and also boosts the effect of GHRH while holding back somatostatin.

Published CJC-1295 No DAC and GHRP-6 studies
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Most published human data are on the DAC version.
Bowers and colleagues described its GH-releasing effect in 1984, and it became the reference compound for the receptor later named GHS-R1a.
Animal studies since then have looked at GHRP-6 in heart muscle protection and in gut and liver injury models, separate from its effect on GH.

CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend quality and batch records
The current batch of CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend tested at 99.38% purity by mass spectrometry and UV (HPLC) analysis. That figure comes from the batch report, not a marketing estimate, and it’s the reason we list the exact number instead of rounding up.
Note the batch number on the label when the vial arrives. That’s what the certificate of analysis is filed under, and we’ll send you a copy on request.
If a result looks off, check the batch number first, then your handling notes. Most problems with CJC-1295 No DAC and GHRP-6 come from storage or mixing, not the material.
Reconstituting CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend
Concentration is the amount in the vial divided by the liquid you add. With 10mg in this vial:
- 1mL of water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of water gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll the vial gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.
Storing CJC-1295 GHRP-6 blend
The dry powder keeps best cold. A freezer at -20°C is ideal for long-term storage, and a fridge works for a few weeks. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
Vials are small and easy to knock over or misplace. Our vial storage case and hard storage box each hold ten, so a whole study’s worth stays together.
