Description
The BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg vial from Blue Sky Peptide holds 5mg/5mg of BPC-157 and TB-500, freeze-dried together in one vial. This batch tested at 99.77% purity. It’s for laboratory research only.
Inside the BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most studied repair peptides, and they work through different routes: BPC-157 through blood vessel growth and nitric oxide signaling, TB-500 through actin and cell movement.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
Mechanisms behind the BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

Published BPC-157 and TB-500 studies
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.
Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.
Bock-Marquette and colleagues reported in Nature (2004) that thymosin beta-4 improved heart cell survival after injury in mice.

BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg purity and testing
Our BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg batch measured 99.77% pure by HPLC with mass spectrometry confirming the identity. We print the real number, so you know what’s going into your experiment.
The label on each vial shows the compound, the strength and the batch. Ask us for the certificate of analysis for your batch and we’ll email it over.
Write the batch number in your lab notes when you open a new vial. If you ever need to compare results between orders, that’s the detail you’ll want.
How to reconstitute BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg
Concentration is the amount in the vial divided by the liquid you add. With 10mg in this vial:
- 1mL of water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of water gives 3.33mg/mL
Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later.
Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg storage and shelf life
Store sealed vials of BPC-157 TB-500 blend 5mg/5mg in the freezer (-20°C) or the fridge (2 to 8°C), out of direct light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.
A 10-slot vial case keeps open and sealed vials upright and apart, which makes the fridge shelf a lot easier to manage. For transport, the Blue Sky hard storage box is the sturdier option.
