What is Blue Sky Peptide BPC-157?

BPC-157 stands for Body Protection Compound 157. It’s a 15-amino-acid peptide (sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV) taken from a larger protein found in human gastric juice. Most of the published work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb, which has studied it in rodent models since the early 1990s.

Our vial holds 5mg of freeze-dried BPC-157 with a batch number on the label. The certificate of analysis for that batch is yours on request.

What the BPC-157 research has looked at

In rat studies, BPC-157 has been tested on tendon, ligament and muscle injuries, on stomach and gut lesions, and on blood vessel growth. Several papers link its effects to the nitric oxide system and to VEGF receptor signaling. Nearly all of this is animal work, and human trial data is very limited.
