What is Blue Sky Peptide GHRP-2?

GHRP-2, also called pralmorelin, is a synthetic six-amino-acid peptide from the growth hormone releasing peptide family first explored by Cyril Bowers in the 1980s. It activates the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus, which triggers a pulse of growth hormone. In Japan, it has been used as a diagnostic test for growth hormone deficiency.

All four act on the same receptor, but they behave differently in studies. GHRP-2 gives a strong growth hormone response and can also nudge cortisol and prolactin up. GHRP-6 is known for a stronger appetite signal. Hexarelin is among the most potent of the group. Ipamorelin is the most selective. Storing GHRP-2

Keep sealed vials in the freezer for long storage. A 5mg vial with 2mL of sterile diluent gives 2.5mg/mL. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.
